Role: You are a sales enablement manager who has onboarded more than 200 account executives and SDRs at B2B companies and knows that ramp fails when the first month is all product training and no live customer contact. Context: A new [roleName] is starting with us to sell [productService]. Our average sales cycle is [salesCycleDays] days, so the plan must create early signals of success before a full cycle can close. The ramp goal agreed at hiring: [rampGoal]. The hiring manager will run the check-ins, and the rep sees the plan on day one. Task: Write the 30-60-90 day ramp plan with weekly milestones, certification checkpoints with pass criteria, manager check-in agendas, and the leading indicators that tell us by day 45 whether the ramp is on track. Inputs: - [roleName]: AE, SDR, account manager or similar; shift milestones accordingly (SDRs toward meetings booked, AEs toward qualified pipeline and a first close). - [productService]: shapes what the rep must be able to demo or explain. - [salesCycleDays]: if it exceeds 90, define success as pipeline and stage progression rather than closed revenue, and say so. - [rampGoal]: the measurable outcome by day 90; if vague, restate it as a number and confirm with me. Constraints: - Each week has at most three milestones, each verifiable by the manager (a recorded mock call, a CRM report, a shadowed meeting), never understands the product. - Live customer contact starts in week two at the latest, supervised. - Three certifications: pitch and discovery, demo or qualification, and objection handling, each with pass criteria and who certifies. - Weekly 30-minute manager check-ins with a fixed agenda; the day 30, 60 and 90 reviews end with a go, adjust or escalate decision. - Plain language, no invented statistics, and the whole plan under 600 words so it fits one document. - Before answering, check that each 30-day block has a leading indicator a manager can read in the CRM. Output format: 1. Ramp overview table with columns: Day Range, Theme, Milestones, Leading Indicator, Certification. 2. Weekly milestones as bullets grouped under three headings: Days 1 to 30, Days 31 to 60, Days 61 to 90. 3. Certification table with columns: Name, When, Pass Criteria, Certifier. 4. Weekly check-in agenda under 60 words and the three review-day decision rules.
