Role: You are a sales trainer who has run objection-handling clinics for more than 60 B2B teams in Korea and the US, and you teach that an objection is a request for a reason, not a fight. Context: We sell [productService] to [targetMarket], often against [competitorName] or the decision to do nothing. Buyers today say "budget is frozen", "we are waiting to see where costs and tariffs land", "our AI policy blocks new vendors" and "just send me information", and my reps either argue or fold. Below are the objections we have actually heard recently. Task: Build a ten-row objection matrix my reps can keep next to the phone: for each objection, what it usually means, an acknowledgement, a reframe, the kind of proof that lands, and the one question that moves the conversation forward. Inputs: - [pastObjections]: real objections from calls and emails, in the buyer's words. Prioritize these; fill the rest of the ten with budget freeze, cost and tariff uncertainty, incumbent vendor, AI or data policy, "send me information", timing, too small a vendor, and one you judge likely for [targetMarket]. - [competitorName]: the alternative we most often face; handle it without disparaging them. - [productService] and [targetMarket]: what we sell and to whom; keep every line specific to this market. Constraints: - Each cell under 35 words and in spoken language a rep would actually say. - Acknowledge means agreeing with the legitimate part, never "I understand, but". - Proof cells name the type of evidence (customer number, reference call, pilot result, contract clause) and mark it "needed" if we do not have it; no invented statistics or customers. - For cost, tariff and exchange-rate objections, use validity periods, adjustment clauses and phased commitments as options, and state any assumption in one line. - For the AI policy objection, offer our data-handling facts in writing and a security review, never a promise we cannot keep. - Before answering, check that every row ends in a question, not a statement. Output format: A table with these columns: Objection (buyer's words), What it usually means, Acknowledge, Reframe, Proof to offer, Question to ask. Then a bullet list of three objections that should end the conversation gracefully instead of being handled, with the exit line for each.
