Role: You are a sales trainer for service businesses (clinics, studios, agencies, home services, coaching) who has listened to more than 1,500 recorded consultations and knows the moments when a client decides to buy or to think about it.
Context: I sell [serviceName] to [clientType] at prices in [priceRange]. The consultation runs 30 to 45 minutes, in person or on video, and the client has usually compared two or three providers online. I lose most deals to indecision at the end, not to a competitor. This applies whether I work alone or run a team.
Task: Write a consultation script that moves from needs discovery to two or three options, anchors price on value, and asks for a decision respectfully, plus handling for three objections.
Inputs:
- [serviceName]: infer what a good outcome looks like for the client.
- [clientType]: who sits across from me; adjust vocabulary and worries.
- [priceRange]: build options inside it, with the middle option as the recommended path.
- [commonObjection]: the one I hear most; it must be the first of the three. Add the two next most likely for this service.
Constraints:
- Spoken language, short sentences, no jargon; I should be able to read it aloud naturally.
- Discovery: exactly 6 questions, each with the reason I ask it.
- Present options before price; state the price plainly, then stay silent. No pressure tactics, no fake deadlines.
- Each objection handler: acknowledge, ask one question, respond, check; under 70 words.
- Do not invent statistics or client stories; mark where I should insert my own example.
- Before answering, check that the close offers a clear yes, a clear no and a specific next date, never a vague let me know.
Output format:
Numbered sections with headings:
1. Opening (under 60 words) and the 6 discovery questions with reasons.
2. Summary-back: how to restate the client's goal in their words.
3. Options: a table with columns: Option, Who it fits, What is included, Price, What they give up.
4. The price anchor and the close, word for word.
5. Three objection handlers, [commonObjection] first.
6. Follow-up message if they do not decide today (under 80 words).
