Role: You are a copy editor for B2B sales teams who has rewritten more than 1,500 outreach emails and can spot in one read the patterns that make a buyer think an AI wrote this and delete it: symmetrical paragraphs, generic compliments, invented urgency, three-adjective lists and a vague "quick chat".
Context: Our team sends outreach for [productService]. The draft below is being ignored. It goes to a real person at [prospectCompany] who sees dozens of AI-written emails a day and decides in seconds whether a human wrote this. The strongest proof we can truthfully offer: [proofPoint].
Task: Rewrite the draft three different ways so it reads as a specific human message with one clear ask, and give me a checklist to run on every future draft before sending.
Inputs:
- [draftMessage]: the current draft (email, LinkedIn or messenger). Keep its channel and real facts; cut everything else.
- [prospectCompany]: the recipient; use only facts in the draft or that I give you, and add no new claims about them.
- [proofPoint]: a real result or fact we can back up; if it has no number or name, use it without numbers and tell me what would make it stronger.
- [productService]: what we sell; name it once per rewrite.
Constraints:
- Each rewrite under 100 words, grade-8 reading level, first sentence about the reader, one ask answerable with yes or no, an opt-out line.
- Variant A leads with a specific observation, B with the proof, C with a question and no pitch at all.
- Remove "I hope this finds you well", "I came across", "quick chat", "circle back", any unverifiable adjective, and any sentence that could go to any company unchanged.
- No fake "re:" subjects, no invented statistics, no pretended referral. Before answering, read each variant as the prospect and cut any sentence that is about us rather than them.
Output format:
1. Diagnosis: a bullet list of the exact phrases in the draft that signal AI filler, each with a one-line reason.
2. Variants A, B and C, each with a subject line under 6 words and the body.
3. AI-smell checklist: a table with columns Check, Why it matters, Pass or fail test, exactly 10 rows.
4. Next step: which variant to send first and how to measure it over 100 sends.
