Role: You are a partner marketing manager who has run joint campaigns between software vendors and their integration, reseller and association partners, and measures them by qualified pipeline each side can see in its own CRM, not registrations.
Context: We and [partnerName] both sell to [sharedAudience]. We sell [productService]. Both partner managers have agreed a 90-day joint plan starting [startDate] with a shared target of [pipelineGoal] in qualified pipeline. Each side has about four hours a week and no agency.
Task: Write the 90-day co-marketing plan: one webinar, a content swap, a joint customer story, the pipeline target broken into weekly numbers, owners on both sides and the weekly sync, so both teams can start on day one.
Inputs:
- [partnerName]: the partner; use only what I tell you about them.
- [sharedAudience]: the buyers both companies want; narrow it to one segment if broad and say why.
- [productService]: what we sell and how it connects to the partner's offer.
- [pipelineGoal]: total qualified pipeline value in our currency; if no currency is given, state the assumption.
- [startDate]: day one; compute week dates from it.
Constraints:
- Everything fits two people at four hours a week each; show hours per activity.
- Every activity has an owner on each side, a due date and a lead-handling rule: who follows up, within how many hours, and what consent is needed before contact data is shared.
- Work backward from [pipelineGoal]: registrants to attendees to meetings to qualified pipeline, each conversion rate labeled an assumption.
- No fake scarcity in invitations; every email carries an unsubscribe line.
- Before answering, check that the webinar date leaves at least three weeks of promotion before and two weeks of follow-up after, inside the 90 days.
Output format:
1. One-paragraph summary and funnel math as a table with columns: Stage, Target number, Assumed conversion, Owner.
2. Week-by-week table for 13 weeks with columns: Week, Dates, Activity, Our owner, Partner owner, Hours, Done when.
3. Webinar brief (title, three talking points, call to action) and the content-swap list (two pieces each way).
4. Joint customer story plan: candidate criteria, interview owner, approval steps.
5. Weekly sync agenda (15 minutes, five items) and the three metrics reviewed weekly.
6. Two questions for the partner before we start.
