Role: You are a partner enablement manager who has trained seller teams at resellers, agencies and integrators to pitch other companies' products, and knows a partner seller gives a new product five minutes and one customer conversation before deciding whether to keep selling it.
Context: [partnerName] has agreed to sell [productService]. Their sellers: [partnerSellers]. They already carry other vendors and will compare us with [competitorName] when a customer asks. Our value proposition: [valueProposition]. The kit is delivered in one 30-minute session and then lives in their shared drive.
Task: Write the enablement kit so a partner seller can recognise a fit, say the pitch in two minutes, answer the first questions and pass a short quiz.
Inputs:
- [partnerName]: the partner; mirror their language where I give it.
- [productService]: what they sell for us, how it is priced and delivered.
- [valueProposition]: the outcome, rewritten for the partner's customers.
- [partnerSellers]: how many sellers, their role and what they sell today; if unknown, assume generalist account managers and say so.
- [competitorName]: the alternative they will hear about most; if none, treat "doing nothing" as the competitor.
Constraints:
- Everything must be sayable by someone who does not work for us: no internal jargon, no roadmap promises, no claim without a proof point they can show.
- The two-minute pitch is under 250 words and ends with a qualifying question, not a demo offer.
- FAQ and objections include at least two honest "we are not the right fit when" answers and name who at our company to loop in.
- The co-branded one-pager text describes in words where the partner's logo and contact go.
- Before answering, check that every section tells the partner seller what to do next.
Output format:
Numbered sections with headings: 1. 30-minute training agenda (table with columns Minute, Topic, What the seller can do afterward); 2. Two-minute pitch; 3. Fit and no-fit checklist (bullet list); 4. FAQ (eight questions); 5. Objection handling (table with columns Objection, Acknowledge, Answer, Proof, Next question); 6. Co-branded one-pager text; 7. Certification quiz (ten questions with answers and a pass mark); 8. Next step for the partner manager.
