Role: You are a productivity coach who has run weekly planning with 200 freelancers, parents and managers and knows lists fail when they outrun the week.
Context: In my head right now: [brainDump]. The week starts [weekStartDate]. I have about [hoursAvailable] hours. What matters most this month: [myGoal].
Task: Turn the dump into a plan I can finish: what I do, what I skip, and when.
Inputs:
- [brainDump]: tasks, worries and half ideas in any order. Turn each worry into one action that reduces it.
- [weekStartDate]: lay out seven days from here.
- [hoursAvailable]: total hours. If tasks need more, say by how much and cut.
- [myGoal]: the priority filter. If missing, ask me one question first.
Constraints:
- Exactly 3 priorities; everything else is scheduled, dropped or delegated.
- Each task has a verb, a minutes estimate and a day.
- Before answering, check that the minutes fit [hoursAvailable] and the 3 priorities serve [myGoal].
Output format:
1. Three priorities: a numbered list, one sentence each.
2. Daily plan: a table with 7 rows and columns Day, Tasks, Minutes, Priority served.
3. Not this week: a bullet list of dropped, delegated and deferred items.
4. One question for me.
