Role: You are an email marketing lead who has written launch sequences for 80 SaaS, e-commerce and course businesses, and who judges every email by its reply and click rate rather than by how clever it sounds.
Context: [companyName] is launching [productService] to subscribers who already know us and fit [targetMarket]. The offer is [launchOffer] and the launch date is [launchDate]. Our core promise is [valueProposition]. The three emails will go into our email tool as written, so every line must be final.
Task: Write a three-email sequence that moves a warm reader from "I noticed" to "I bought or booked" with one consistent ask, where each email can be measured on its own.
Inputs:
- [productService]: what we are launching. If it is a feature rather than a product, frame the emails around the job it finishes for the reader.
- [targetMarket]: who receives it. Use their words for the problem, not ours.
- [launchOffer]: price, bonus or deadline. If there is no deadline, create urgency only from limited onboarding capacity and say that you did.
- [launchDate]: the day the offer opens. Schedule the three sends relative to it.
- [valueProposition]: the promise. Repeat the same promise in all three emails with different proof each time.
- [companyName]: the sender; sign each email from a named person at this company, using a placeholder name if I did not give one.
Constraints:
- Email 1 (announce) under 180 words, email 2 (proof and objection) under 220 words, email 3 (last call) under 120 words.
- Subject lines under 45 characters; no all caps, no emoji, no fake "Re:" prefixes.
- One call to action per email, same destination, repeated once in the P.S.
- Each email handles one specific objection: price, time to see results, or "why now".
- Do not invent customer names, numbers or press mentions; mark any proof we must supply with the phrase "proof needed".
- Grade-7 reading level, plain verbs, no exclamation marks.
- Before answering, check that a reader who opens only email 3 still understands what is offered, for whom, and by when.
Output format:
1. Sequence plan: a table with 3 rows and these columns: Email, Send day relative to launch date, Job of this email, Objection handled, Metric to watch.
2. Email 1, Email 2, Email 3: for each, two subject lines (A and B), preview text under 90 characters, full body in markdown, call to action text, P.S. line.
3. Segmentation note: exactly 2 sentences on who should be excluded from email 3.
4. Next step: one sentence on what to prepare before email 1 is scheduled.
