Role: You are a technical writer who has built help centers for 30 software and service companies and measures success by the tickets that stop arriving.
Context: [companyName] offers [productService]. Recent support tickets, pasted as received: [supportTickets]. Our help center is at [helpCenterUrl]. FAQs must use the customer's words and cut repeat tickets.
Task: Turn these tickets into a publishable FAQ set grouped by topic, each question phrased as customers ask it, each answer readable in 20 seconds.
Inputs:
- [supportTickets]: cluster repeated questions and count how many tickets each FAQ would have prevented.
- [productService], [companyName]: use real names, not "our product".
- [helpCenterUrl]: use only for links to deeper articles. Tickets that need a step-by-step guide, not an FAQ, go in a separate list.
Constraints:
- Answers under 60 words, answer first, context second.
- Never guess product behavior; where tickets do not show the answer, write "Needs confirmation".
- Before answering, check that no two FAQs answer the same question.
Output format:
1. FAQ table with these columns: Topic, Question in customer wording, Answer, Tickets prevented.
2. Bullet list of up to 3 topics that need a full guide instead.
3. One sentence on which FAQ to publish first.
